Broadband service

Yes, I'm a royal TM Streamyx client. Not at this moment.

My housemates called me last week to tell me that they couldn't online for half a month. So I called 100 (TM client line) to ask for technician to come and check. They did come the next day which is quite efficient for me. The technician examined the wire and found out that the wire at the roof top was spoilt. But he refused to fix it. According to him, it's too high and dangerous for him, if he ever falls down, he has nobody to claim the medicine (or whatsoever) payment. He asked us to call wireman to come and fix it.

Okay, we couldn't do anything to him. I then discussed with my housemates, they refused to bear the wireman cost as they are moving out next month. They suggested to terminate the service, but the problem is we are still bound with the minimum-1-year-subscription. And thus I consulted another TM technician (my close friend's dad), he said this is for sure within TM responsibility! I was angry to hear that, having no choice, I made a complaint to TM yesterday (I kinda have consumerism awareness one).

Until this moment while I'm typing this out, I haven't received any reply nor call from TM.. But I'm still waiting for a positive answer. Will update you regarding this soon...

I'm so sui (unlucky) these few days. *sigh* I should not be in charge in this kind of thing at the first place (kind of irresponsible to say this). But I'm really disappointed with my housmemates. Why there are so many problems to face each day...

I'm wondering is our My-kad that useful...

I'm doing preparation for Exam P (Actuarial Science professional examination first level). Last month or shall I say the end of September I'd already gotten myself ready for those important documents to bring into exam hall at the end of this month. To my horror, my friend Alvin told me IC aka our MIGHTY My-kad is not enough to prove our identification, a passport is strictly NEEDED. I was so sad to hear that as you all know I'm poor and I never afford to travel overseas, so I never have a passport. *crying*

As a poor kid young teenage girl who never earns money herself like me, RM 50 RM 10 is already very valuable for me. But this exam has cost me around RM1200.

I'm not kidding man...

Calculators RM200

Exam Fee RM400 (not including the application fee for discount programme which costs another RM30)

Textbooks, manuals and past year questions (not original, photocopied version) RM300

Passport RM300 (not including photo, form and photocopied IC which cost another RM10)

The worst of worst is I know I'm going to fail this exam (I'm sure for 90%). Hate myself for not starting the preparation early. -.-
