TGI Friday's on Tuesday

We luxuriated ourselves in a sumptuous dinner on Tuesday to celebrate a glad news from workplace.

We chose TGI Friday's as it is near to our place yet the food is delicious and ambiance is conducive.

Ordered three "unusual" main courses: beef bacon cheeseburger, chicken and shrimp diablo, double-stack chicken quesadillas. We normally have steak in TGI Friday's as the steak there is beyond praise. However this time, we decided to try something new.

The chicken and shrimp Diablo was simply too delectable. The pasta was topped by fresh and seasoned chicken slices and shrimp, as well as the tomato sauce. The chicken and shrimp sautéed in olive oil were so juicy. The richness of the taste was further enriched by the grated Parmesan cheese and oregano. Most importantly there were pieces of cut onion and celery blended in the pasta which made the overall taste fresh instead of cheesy.

The gigantic beef bacon cheeseburger was yummy too. There were layers of taste. The soft bread of heated with butter. The bacon was fried crispy to be topped on the beef-patty covered by melted cheese and mustard. The layer at the bottom consisted of the fresh tomato and chili pepper slices, as well as pickles.

The double-stack chicken quesadillas was nice but didn't bring any surprise. The tortilla was stacked with chicken, cheese, onion and chili pepper. The floured tortilla tasted like the Indian food "Naan". However it was special in a way that it tasted much nicer than the normal Naan. We didn't like the herbal rice though.

Basked ourselves in the scrumptious food!

By the time we finished the three plates of main-course, our stomach stopped us from dessert anymore. We then had a short shopping to let our stomach digest better.

Reward and punishment are the important spices in our life.
