It is right...Like chemistry, the more you know about the chemical content of the food,, you wud have more worries to take the food... Those older people who are ignorant of those things wud blissfully have all of them into their stomach but nothing happen....!
Yea. See we always hear this nurse that nurse was contracted cancer while the beggars can live long life....

Maybe some venomous chemicals stimulated inside our body when we are "frightened" to take the food heh
