If no cars are allowed, how are they gonna get there? Well, at least going isnt much of a ploblem because bus and taxis or lrts are still available at that time.
But then by the time they done clubing all the public transport are no longer available. How? Sleep at the club? @.@
I think if no parking is imposed, they will still park elsewhere rathe then taking public tranports which are so inconvinient
